Can session be done over
the phone or Skype?
Yes most of my session are
over the phone. You will be sent session notes to make our work easier.
How long does usually the
session last?
The session lasts an
hour but could be longer.
Will I have to pay the
phone bill?
As long as you have landline
I will phone you, so you don't need to worry about the phone bills
How often is the sessions?
It depends on you but the
best would be every 2 weeks or once a month.
Can I call between the
session?
Yes I can be contacted. If I
am unable to answer the phone I will call you back asap or if it email I
usually answer the same day
Is everything I say during
the session is confidential?
Yes absolutely, everything
you say during the session will be only between you and me
